10/62 Letter by Lt Colonel J H Richardson 26th NYVI requesting promotions for various Officers due to other officers being killed at 2nd Bull Run.  Approved and autographed by Colonel Peter Lyle (Gburg commander),  General James A Ricketts, General James Hardie and by John Reynolds who would be killed by a sharpshooter at Gettysburg.  (rare autograph).  very sharp and clear on manila paper though my scanner has whited it out a bit.
