I have always considered this one of the best CDV photographs of the War.  Very Rare view of Colonel D'Utassy (a major crook) and the battle flag of the 39th NYVI known as the Garibaldi regiment with their distinctive Italian style uniforms.  Wonderful photo from the Carlile collection.
