Massive 18 page ALS by General Briggs starting on July 29th with the Army of the Potomac discussing his future appointment to Divisional Command and reorganizing the Army of the Potomac's command structure after Gettysburg.  Many additional Generals mentioned in the document with tons of interesting information.  Signed several times as it seems he started a letter signed, it but then kept writing on another day.  Wonderful information in the middle of the War on him and the AOP.
