Rare three page ALS by Brigadier General Benjamin Grierson (raid through Mississippi basis for Movie Horse Soldiers with John Wayne)  talking about how worn out his cavalry division is after chasing General Forrest after the assault on Fort Pillow where many Union Soldiers were murdered after the battle.  Signed by BBG Thomas M Vincent along with Generals Stephen Hurlbut and William Sooey Smith.  Fantastic.
