April 28th 1862 Letter from Sgt Thomas Hatton 82nd Pa during the Seige of Yorktown on the Peninsula.  Hatton would be killed at the battle of Malvern Hill shortly thereafter.  Thomas HattonResidence Philadelphia PA; Enlisted on 7/23/1861 as a Sergeant.On 7/23/1861 he mustered into "D" Co.
